Last updated: March 2026

Short version: You buy the vault, you own the files. Use them for yourself. Don't resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own. That's pretty much it.

1. Who this is

Offwhelm is a digital product created and sold by an independent creator. By purchasing or using the Offwhelm Vault, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

The Offwhelm Vault is a digital download — a pre-built vault containing 151 AI prompt frameworks. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own private use.

3. What you can do

4. What you can't do

5. Refund policy

If you buy the vault and it doesn't work for you, email maddie@offwhelm.com. We'll refund you. No forms, no hoops. If you have a technical issue accessing your download, same address — we'll sort it out.

6. AI outputs

The prompts in the vault are designed to produce useful outputs via third-party AI tools. Offwhelm is not responsible for the outputs generated by those tools — that's between you and your AI provider. Use your judgment. Don't take medical, legal, or financial AI output as professional advice.

7. No warranties

The vault is provided as-is. While every prompt has been tested and refined over 18 months, results will vary depending on the AI tool you use, how you use it, and what you bring to it. Offwhelm makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual property

All prompt copy, structure, and naming in the Offwhelm Vault is the intellectual property of Offwhelm. Purchasing the product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the personal use license described above.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
