Payment information — processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. Offwhelm never sees or stores your card details.
Country — for VAT/tax compliance purposes, handled by Lemon Squeezy

If you contact us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share in that message.

2. What we don't collect

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. No advertising pixels or retargeting scripts are used. We don't track what you do inside the vault — the vault is a downloaded file that runs entirely on your device.

3. How we use your information

To deliver your purchase and send your receipt
To respond to any support requests you send us
To send you product updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

4. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. Your payment data is subject to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We receive a notification of successful payment and your email address — nothing else.

5. Email communications

After purchase, you'll receive a receipt and download email from Lemon Squeezy. We may occasionally send product update emails to purchasers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't do cold outreach, promotional blasts, or partner emails.

6. Data storage

Purchase records are stored securely within Lemon Squeezy's platform. Any direct communications you send to maddie@offwhelm.com are stored only as long as needed to resolve your query.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email maddie@offwhelm.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
